Carden Computers Support Services
Carden Computers have a dedicated support desk that is manned 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm Saturdays. All calls are logged and accessible by the client via logging into our Carden Extranet. Support contracts are tailor made to suit your exact needs and requirements and all come with a maximum 4 hour response and unlimited remote support.
Telephone and Remote Support All of our contracts include this as standard. The ability to be able to call our dedicated support line and recieve immediate attention to your problem or query. The technician will have the ability to remote control your computer whether it be a PC or MAC and diagnose and fix the fault. Under this type of contract if a call out is required this is an addition cost but 99% of faults can be fixed remotely.
4 Hour Hardware Cover In the event of hardware failure to you server or computer, Carden Computers will attend site to fix or replace the faulty component at zero cost. This can be priceless as in most cases nowdays businesses simply cannot afford downtime.
4 Hour Software Cover In the event of a software failure, such as a server not booting, Carden Computers will attend site and use disaster recovery to restore the server to its working state free of charge.
