Telephone Support

All of our support contracts are unlimited. You can call us whenever you need to and we can either talk you through or remote control your workstation or server to diagnose and fix the problem under the cost of the contract. Our contract prices are extremely competitive. All clients with a contract also receive discounts on all of our other services as below.

Labour Rates

Carden Computers charge £55 per hour for all business related work. For prices on home user services please call. We have business IT packages for regular clients that can help reduce labour costs as a reward for their loyalty and prepayment.

These packages are as follows:

Clients can either decide to use these packages as regular 3 hour monthly (bronze), fortnightly (silver) or weekly (gold) visits. All hours used are logged onto our Extranet which can be viewed at any time. On a regular visit basis if the full visit is not required the hours are simply not deducted and can be saved for future projects. Clients with a support contract also get a further 10% off all the above prices.
