Telephone Support
All of our support contracts are unlimited. You can call us whenever you need to and we can either talk you through or remote control your workstation or server to diagnose and fix the problem under the cost of the contract. Our contract prices are extremely competitive. All clients with a contract also receive discounts on all of our other services as below.
Our support desk is manned during all of the opening hours above, including Saturdays. For those requiring out of hours support this can also be arranged, just call us to enquire.
Our business services are not only restricted to Brighton and Hove, we have business clients all over the United Kingdom and even some in other countries.
Labour Rates
Carden Computers charge a fixed hourly rate for all business work which is extremely competitive. For adhoc maintenance visits, we have a fixed hourly rate however for larger scale jobs such as server install, migrations and upgrades we can provide fixed quotations to give you peace of mind that you know what a project will cost.
