Business Description - Carden Computers are a Sussex based IT solutions provider servicing both home and business clients. Our main target market is East and West Sussex, London and Surrey although we do have clients further afield.

Personal Information - Carden Computers respects peoples privacy and personal information. As part of our shop booking and online payment procedures Carden Computers needs to collect personal information such as you name, address, phone number and email address. This information is only used by us to contact you regarding your service or repair and is at no time passed onto any third party. All information is held securely on our server based in our office which is password protected. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. If at any time you feel the information supplied is inaccurate, please contact a manager to have this information corrected.

Communication - For the duration of your service with us we will from time to time contact you with updates on your service. For example if your pc is in our repair centre for repair, we will use you personal details to contact you regarding status updates.

Delivery Policy

Carden Computers aims to deliver your products in the fastest timeframe possible. Most of our products are electronic downloads, however any products that are delivered are sent out first class recorded delivery via DHL. On average products are aimed to be delivered withon 3 working days.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Any of Carden Computers services can be terminated with 30 days notice prior to the next payment date. Cancellation must be in writing either by email to info@cardencomputers.co.uk or by post to Carden Computers, 191 Carden Avenue, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 8LE.

For making a refund claim against a service provided by Carden Computers, such as online support this claim must be made within 7 days via email to info@cardencomputers.co.uk or by telephoning 01273 507638. In most occasions we can offer a call out or your equipment can be brought to our repair centre to resolve the issue.
